Why the weeping willows were already losing their leaves?

I thought it was strange that there are 2 days, all willows were outside my place to lose their leaves and have the ones left over were all brown. I estimate 10% of leaves have already fallen. I read here http://www.fast-growing-trees.com/WeepingWillow.htm?link=leftnav that willows are the Last to lose their leaves in autumn …??? … and it started 8 / 01? its still summer

Anomalies of this sort more and more bizarre in nature are likely to become standard.
