Are there Duty free shops in New Jersey / New York ?

Please suggest me (if any) Duty free shops in NY/NJ.
I am planning to buy electronic items like Apple IPod, Canon Digicam , Sony Vaio Laptop, Digital Photoframe etc. I have heard that ‘Garden State Plaza, Paramus’ is offering 0% sales tax. Is it true ?
If i place and order from Internet, do i have to pay any sales tax ? I m currently staying in Exchange Place, NJ

The airports only. And you need an international boarding pass to buy most of the stuff there.

Online orders have no sales tax, as long as you are in a different state from the online retailer.

In NJ, some local jurisdictions like Paramus and Elizabeth have funny tax statuses and exemptions. I’d look into this further.
